We have purchased Acer laptop Model:ACER E5-511 P-Quad core / Sr. No. NXMNYS1004443051503400. From the beginning we have problem with laptop booting and complaint given to your dealer Ever-Excellent services and they have replaced the HDD twice within three months and also replaced the motherboard once in December 2015. Now the end of December 2015 our warranty period was completed. Now again we are facing the same problem of booting and hanging the device. We went to your authorised service dealer and they are telling that HDD problem the cost of HDD Rs. 6000/-. We are very much upset about this type of product quality and service. In our offer we have 15 laptops, but only one acer and all other laptop we never face the problem like this. Kindly look into our complaint and arrange rectify our laptop immediately. Totally your service personnel attended the complaint 5-6 times within one year warranty period. Awaiting your action plant to solve this problem at free of cost immediately.
