I am using number 0752781049 and I am not getting any call(in coming) to this phone, but I outgoing is working as expected. I call customer care and they are telling there is no fault with SIM and technical team will look in to this and with be try to resolve this before 15th Fed. But this is very urgent and they do not understand this. My mail worry is when I ask customer care to to this by getting call form their end to this number they are telling that is not possible and they are asking so many questions about the problem where are simple test is not performing just to identify the issue. My Airtel prepaid 0754290903 SIM is removed as your official calls number of calls on this number has become a nuisance. I have noticed from 9/1/2015 onwards upto now I have been receiving calls from Numbers - 0759710682, 0757113487, 0759710683, 0759710683 and so on daily upto 25th Jan 2015. On 23rd Friday I complained this to your 555 number. Even after this I am getting calls. I explained to the customer care officer lady that I am not objecting to official calls, but the caller does not wait for me to answer, simply dial once and rings off. Your officer keeps on saying that she will disconnect the promotional calls. I hope you understand the actual logic in this matter. How do I know that this is a promotional call if the caller does not give an opportunity to answer. I was thinking that I am getting a nuisance call daily. To serve this nuisance, I have removed my SIM and I do not have any intention of using this for a period until you resolve this problem.
