Hi My iphone 5S darined so fast for a week and then afterwards, I could'nt totally open it. It's warranty was due last June six, 2016. Good day, three weeks ago while I was browsing my facebook in my iphone 4s, the unit suddenly shut-off. I tried to turned on the unit, but it did not responded. I tried to restore the unit by connecting it with itunes, but while the restoration is on progress a message saying "cannot restore there is an error - error 1611" appeared. I visited the globe center in Calamba to ask for assistance, but same error message keeps on appearing, they later refer me to your Manila office to ask for assistance regarding this matter.
