Docket Number 113992488392 BSNL contact person A Shiva, his mobile number 9449440207 and he is not responding to calls. Just one month back this was rectified after one of constant followup with JE Prasad. Is this the way you respond to complaints? I need this to be fixed immediately.

My land line phone number Is 080-23330782. On 02. 09. 14 my phone line was dead and i made a complaint. It was attended to promptly, but later in the evening i observed that the line is intermittent and also very noisy. The phone was also not ringing normally on incoming calls. It will be like a single tinkle instead of normal ringing. When i answer the call, there will be a lot of noise and disturbance and we cannot talk or hear any speech. Some times it will be normal. I have my broadband connection also on this line which is also not proper. I would request you to please check my line thoroughly and rectify the faults.

I would like to introduce me as Asha PRO M/s. Abhinav Projects, Pai layout, Bangalore.

Our concern is that we have availed a BSNL Land line Connection 080 28530402 and being using that from more than a year now there was an outstanding amount of rupees 1509/- which we cleared on 19/08/2013 through online payment. This line was disconnected for non payment for three months and now have opted for re connection of the land phone and are making several calls to the customer care number 1500. they kept on telling it will get activated everyday.

We would appreciate if you take action and do the needful if not possible you may please inform us so that we can go in for other Pvt connections.
