Since I have started using the connection I am not being able to use it. There is frequent disconnection in the service. The internet suddenly stops working and then starts. Moreover the internet speed is so slow that we cant even think of doing any task

We called the associate who installed this connection several times however he doesn't come to have a look. Also when I said I am not getting proper speed he said though your plan is of 512 kbps speed, but the speed I will get would not be more than 256 kbps. I have an A/c 172345317 of Wimax. My Usage is approximately up to Rs. 700/- per month and accordingly I am paying my bills. But current month my bill exceeds more than 3000/- which is erroneous. I only use my internet in my office. There is some mistake in creation of bills. Please correct the same and charge the bill as per my usage. I never defaulted in payment.
