Dear Bank of India. Please help me out regarding my concern as on 6/11/2018 I withdraw 1000 amount from HDFC ATM, but I get the receipt and mention that your transaction is declined, but after that I get massage in my phone 1000 is debited from your account. And my is never back in my account as of now still I am waiting for the money. Many times marked mail to Bank of India, but it not help me. So please help me on this

This is for your kind information, that i have purchased a plot(33. 8*40 square feet) in new Swagat Vihar, Dunda Raipur (Chhattishgarh) from Sanjay Bajpai Pvt. Ltd. On 2/11/2011 amount 903160/- in which 627000/-amount sanctioned by SBI Bank as a home loan on 2/11/2011 and remaining amount paid to builder by cash. On 8/4/13 according Paper news state govt Stayed builder layout due to govt. Land captured by builder without permission by state govt. I am not able to construct this plot as per SBI Bank guideline due to above problem. On 4/10/2014 bank is converted home loan (@10. 50%) to commercial loan(@15. 25%) without informed to me. I requested you please don't increase my loan interest before solve above the problem by state govt. Your support will be precious for me. Regards
