I visited Big Cinemas huma on 27th January 2016. But the person name Vikram on the ticket window was very rude. I was asking him to book the show of 11. 55am and corner seats he said me that for corner seat you have to pay 180Rs extra for food coupon. The ticket for 2person is 160 and i have to pay 180 extra for food coupon i said him i do not want food coupon he said "fir ticket nai milega". He asked me to contact Tl Ashutosh over there he said you can book the ticket without food coupon and then i again visited the ticket counter, but he booked ticket for another person in 5min and in front of me. He said you will not get ticket ticket . I am very much irritated by the pathetic service provided. He was very rude. Call me and solve my complaint 9076810768.

I visited big cinemas huma yesterday at around 11:15am, person at the booking counter named vikram was very rude. I asked for corner seat he provided me the information that i have to take food coupon worth rs. 200, i mentioned him i am not interested for that he said you have to take food coupon or else we will not provide you the tickets. I communicated with mr. Ashutosh and mentioned him the same and he said that you can book the ticket without food coupon. Again i visited the ticket counter but unfortunately vikram said the ticket is booked and he has given the same seat to other customer in front of me and again was talking with me in an rude behavior.
