My Account number is 9035251260 and my residence telephone number is 24460193. I had requested to upgrade my plan from Rs. 500/- p/m to Rs. 999/- plan. I want to know if it has been activated. I am constantly getting SMS from your office saying I have exceeding my broadband limits even though I have fully paid my bills. When I tried to inquire about the status of my application the response given is that it will be done, but nobody tells me if it has been activated and if not when. Being a Senior citizen I should not be put to this difficulty. I am very disappointed to note that the service provided is very bad. I request you to attend to this issue as soon as possible and keep me informed.
