Sir It feels very unpleasant to inform you that there has been regular imposition of unauthorized charges on my number. One or the other service gets activated automatically and the charge is deducted from my account balance. This has become a regular phenomenon since two months. I have talked to various customer care officers regarding this problem, but none of them have solved the issue. The services which were activated includes on demand video download, video talkies. Both these got activated twice in the two months thereby deducting INR 40,30,5 and 5. The sum total money deducted amounts to INR 80. I just want you to please refund this money as soon as possible.
