Post replacement of new SIM card with micro SIM from BSNL customer care Durgapur it was assured that network connectivity will resume within few hours, but most amazingly the network connectivity from both the SIM cards got disconnected. None of then were working. This is what the service we get from one of the reputed telecom operator.

My phone number at 6/10 JM Sengupta road, number 2606562 is not working for last 19 days, i have lodged a complaint, visited the office, talked to the concerned incharges, talked to the higher officers also, but till date the problem remains that my land line phone is not working. Now the state is no body is answering the phone calls also. Really the condition is pathetic and Bsnl will deduct the rental for the whole month shamelessly. Bsnl is talking about value added services, but the minimum basic services are not provided to the customers.

THE RETAILER HANDED OVER ALL DOCUMENTS THAT I SUBMITTED TO THE SALES EXECUTIVE OF BSNL AT THIS REGION BUT THE SAID MAN HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY APPLICATION TILL DATE, DUE TO WHICH I WILL NOT GET THE CONNECTION TILL DATE. EVEN AFTER LAPSE OF TWO MONTHS. WHENEVER I CALLED THIS, NO LANGUAGE OPTION. 123 IS ASKING AFTER PRESSING TWO, FOR HINDI PHONE IS DISCONNECTING WITH A COMMENT, THAT YOU HAVE NOT SELECTED CORRECT NUMBER. WHICH MEANS INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE CUSTOMER. with deep regret and condolence i want to state that the services and commitment of BSNL has detoriated as never before.we are helpless and worried
about the situation since important phone calls are neither made nor received
occuring loss of vital informations. the land line was dead from the entire month
of MAY 2013,phone calls were neither made nor received frequently in the course of
time,entire unit was wrapped and was sent to BSNL office at DURGAPUR (W.B).its so
pity that no one attended the complaint,intrestingly at the second time the
concerned person who attends the complain was not available.there were no status
since no bills were posted neither any information were made through
correspondence.
at this juncture we again request you to receive our telephone unit and reimburse
the security deposit credited in favour of us.
