My land line and broadband internet connection(04364-226990) not working i called several time from 19/07/16 to costumer care. And then directly i went there complaint to my area officer still same problem
Now i am in Dubai. (21/07/16)i called from Dubai last four days to this number 9486108519/9486102140/04364-224300 and 04364-220500. Again i called from Dubai today But costumer care told me today we will sending technician. But this problem not yet rectified. (Because daily on line chatting with my wife)
Please take necessary action and clear this problem.

My land line number is 04368-230933. I am a karaikal BSNL internet subscriber in unlimitted plan.July 2013 bill is rupees 2150/= which can not be acceptable. previously i was in 250 home plan. In the middle of July only i switched over to unlimitted plan.
how did you arrive this huge amount.plese rectify the billing problem. issue new bill.
Moreover for the past three days land line and internet connections are not working.we are in un limitted plan, but internet will not work. Will you reduce the bill if internet is not working?

i am mohamed refai,we are living nidur village near by mayiladuthurai town,we using BSNL land line more then 17 years more than one year using broadband also ,i am kindly request to you,our tele phone cable wire very damaged and landline and internet frequency very slow also not clear,because 17 years old cable wire,no one responding penson here,every month we are paying properly with all tax.then why they are not doing like this? please can you arrange by your staffs solve this problem do best soon as possible.
