I live in 223,chandraNagar society, opp. Vaundavan bus-stop,waghodia road,vadodara.

I had also personally booked complain in register kept at panigate telephone exchange,vadodara.

Since one week had been passed no action taken for the same. Make the dead phone working as soon as possible.

SO MANY TIME COMPLAIN FOR LANDLINE,OUT SIDE PERSON CALL TO OUR LANDLINE NUMBER NOT WRING UP OUR LANDLINE NUMBER. AREA SERVICE SUPERVISOR NOT TAKE CARE.WHEN GIVEN TOKEN MONEY WORK OF LANDLINE, AFTER 15 DAYS SAME PROBLEM. WE ARE NOT USE OUTGOING AND INCOMING PHONE ATTEND. BILL EVERY MONTH ISSUE. AREA SERVICE SUPERVISOR COMPLAIN AGAIN AGAIN, but NOT SOLVE PROBLEM, WHEN GIVEN TOKEN MONEY AFTER START PHONE AND SAME. WHAT HAPPEN LANDLINE NUMBER, FINALIZE I TIRED THIS LANDLINE NUMBER. Land line no 2410016 is dead since more than a week.Complaint was lodged on 198, but after few days the complaint was removed withiout putting the phone in order.Again the complaint was booked on 30-9-13.So far, the telephone and broadband connections are non functional.
