i am the connection holder of Connect in the name of Rama Arora in Amritsar. My number is 0183-5067723, You representative came last month to collect the payment for the month of June 2018 for which we pay him cash. On asking for receipt he said you will receive the message as connect have lanched app from where the receipt is message to customer. Till date, we have not receive the messaege. Your representative calling us frequently and we are tellng them that we have paid. This is the harassement to customer. Kindly look in to the matter on top priority basis.

I got connect phone installed vide number 5003855 vide broadband plan 1299, at Sundar Nagar, Street No. four, Amritsar. At about 8-30 evening. The engineer showed me the modem working properly. Got the speed checked at about three Mbps. That was that. That was my broadband experience of connect network. I shutdown my computer. The next day, on 16th the data won't show. It has been lying in that state since then. No data. Three lights showing on modem. ADSL light not showing. I have been complaining since 16th morning. On evening of 18th, at six pm two guys(no company uniform) turn up. They check and declare that data is not present. They phone somewhere and say data will start within 15 minutes. And sir now it is seven am, 19-7-16 and no data till now. Please put yorself in my shoes and decide whether I should continue with the connect service or not. -Ashok Kakkar . COMPLAINT/COMPLICATION:
connection WIFI261228. Due to signal strength problem your representative NARINDER (Mobile number 9653019840)guided me to have my own double anteena router. So i bought my own double anteena router and deposited the connect's router to Narinder. Instead of refunding me the amount of router, he promised to adjust the amount of Rs. 550/- in two billing cycles. But now as i have got my first bill of Rs. 261/-, he is no mood to adjust that amount and giving me false promises that he has paid the amount. On the other hand i am getting calls /messages from Connect office for bill payment. This is case of customer harrasment
Kindly take proper action against Narinder and sort the payment issue.

My phone/internet connection is dead since last 15 days and no one at your end seems serious about my complaint.
I made the first complaint on 26/09/2014.
After that i have made repeated complaints at your customer care numbers.
Every time i was given assurance that it would be rectified in next 12 hours.
I have even made a personal visit at your Ranjit Avenue Amritsar office.
The irony of this is that i received a message on my mobile phone that my complaint has been resolved, which was not true at all. My phone has never been worked since my first complaint.
I have even replied to this message in 'no'.
Some technical people at your end are sending such superficial messages just to save their skin. The fact is that they never attended to my complaint.
At least they should have given a ring on my said phone to check if it was working.
