I made a purchase of Samsung LED 117 cm 46F5560 under inv number SLF02A27030050936 dated 26.07.13 from the Croma store at Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai against full advance payment(I am a regular Croma customer and my regd mobile number is 9619994510), which promised to deliver the LED on 10th August . As the delivery is critical to me, I personally visited the store again on 9th August to know the status of delivery and was assured of delivery on 10th as the goods were ready for delivery. On 10th I again rang up your helpline at 18002583636 and was again reassured that the goods were ready for pickup and I will shortly receive the phone call from delivery personnel. The same story is getting repeated for the last four days despite my ten to 12 calls. I am really very deeply touched by your exemplary customer service because everytime I am assured of delivery. I hope to soon lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.
