This is regarding a Nokia Lumia 535 that i purchased for my father ( in kolkata ) from flipkart vide Order No OD00213062702251500 shipped on 21st Feb'15. After just a week or so of usage, the touch screen of this phone broke down - i complained to Flipkart and they replaced the handset the next day. However, the very next day ( 1st day of usage of new phone ), the same issue cropped up again and now the phone is back to the same defective, unusable state. We are completely dissatisfied with the product - in fact, this is the second time that this has happened on a flipkart product and am now convinced that the fault is not in my choice of product, but in the choice of vendor. Please redeem this situation the best you can - i need a refund of the money spent on this phone.
