I have deposited rupees 150000 in my account on 26/01/2016 at Mallappally, Kerala branch for opening a PPF account, but till now the account is not opened and Mallappally branch is unable to give me the details of held up. I want to know how much time it takes to open a PPF account through ICICI, please respond,

I had made a transaction at reliance trends, TVM on 11-01-2016. First time the transaction was declined and second time it was accepted as per the records. But, from my account, it was debited twice; which I accept is obvious. But, for a failed transaction the expected time to credit back the amount was intimated as 48hrs. Even after 48hrs, I did not get back the amount. I Called up the customer care operator and registered a complaint. The person told me that it takes eight working days to process my request. So total ten days now. And still they have not credited back my cash and when I called up they are saying like if it is not credited back on 9th day, it may take 42 more days. This is really shameful. From a bank which claims itself to be among the best in Private sector, this was never expected.

Dear Sir, I recharged a cell phone number.8281865685, BSNL on 7/06/13, for rupees 177 into two times using my ICICI mobile banking
The amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the concerned mobile number has not been recharged also not refund
