I have gifted this gift to my wife on my anniversary on 23rd of Nov 2014 and i when i purchased this item i mention that we got this gift on 23rd of November 2014. But your company has not delivered the gift on time. On 24th Nov 2014 at evening around 6. 00 pm your representative come with this gift, but i am not collect it because it is useless for me now and he can taken the gift back. And now when i am talking to customer care she says that gift is delivered on your address, i said to him that you have any receipt that i have received the gift. So what can i do now you can return my money or i can file a case against you regarding this matter.

I ordered a mobile phone from your website on 03th November, 2014 Order number was 3003785528 and it is prepaid by Credit card, but till date the shipment is not delivered to me and i am not getting satisfactory response from you and courier company. First flight courier company is saying that parcel is misplaced or theft by someone from their premises, I have also logged a case in your customer service department. Case ID is 1613695
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and delivered the product or refund the money into my account.

I had ordered Organic Green teabags from Timesinternet (shopping. Indiatimes)on 11-11-2014. On 14-11-2014, I received an SMS that the item has been dispatched On 17-11-2014. I received an SMS informing me that the item had been delivered. I was astonished as the item had not been delivered to me. I immediately informed Customer Care who informed me that the item was delivered on 14-11-2014. This was shocking. I requested for an investigation. Times internet is yet to provide me the results of their investigation. However, through my own investigation, I have found that the DTDC delivery guy lied that he had delivered the item. He had also probably forged my signature. And since he had made no attempt to deliver the item up to the time of making this complaint, ie 19-11-2014, he also had the intention to steal the item perhaps with the intention to sell it. That means theft. DTDC is probably going to cover this up. Times internet is legally responsible for this,, but their service is poor.
