I am getting supply of LPG from M/s. City Gas, Sector-37, Chandigarh. On 16th December, 2017 when I changed the cylinder there was a leakage. Next day was sunday so could not make the complaint. On 18th December I filed a complaint and requested them to change the cylinder, but they just sent a representative who just did the minor repair. But the problem of leakage was not solved. Next day again I made a phone call and requested them to change the cylinder. But nobody has turned up. Its a serious concern. I request you please do the needful as early as possible. i have supplied five copies of aadhaar card since 2013 (when i transferred my gas connection from m/s bhatia gas chandigarh) to m/s gem gas kharar but till now the distributor has not sync my aadhaar card to gas connection whereas bank is already sync. till now gem gas was transferring my subsidy directly in sbi a/c. this month my sybsidy is held due to aadhar card not sync by gem gas. visited many times and requested but they are not making necessary entries in their on-line record. this is requested to direct distributor(gem gas) kharar. otherwise i have only way of litigation against indane and gem gas. hoping solution soon. swaran singh consumer no. 17360.

One burner of my gas stove is not running properly and I telephoned to the agency M/s. High Flame Gas Service, P-9, Mohali on 2. 6. 16 for service, but they regretted for not having any person to do the service/job and advised me to get it serviced from outside. Here I may add that last year they charged us Rs. 75 for service (saying it is mandatory) without doing any service. Con, Name Lalita Verma

REVIVAL OF GAS SUBSIDYSir, my consumer No 16782, Arunita Gas Agency Chd, last 07 months while booking LPG gas refill through cell phone, possible i have pressed option button for "LPG Subsidy Giving up" i was not aware of the same for long, but now i came to know about the above fact. Option for giving up LPG gas subsidy has erroneously been pressed by me while booking the gas refill order and hence it is requested to your good self to kindly revive the same at the earliest and oblige.

Gem gas service on Chandigarh -Kharar road does not deliver gas for even over 20 days. Delivery guys also misbehave. I am very upset with their customer service. They even lie on phone when ever I call.

Come join hands with me. I have some other people who are victim of gem gas kharar. You can make movie from store while distributing cylinders there. By which they earn 15000-20000/- rs. Daily on escaping delivery-man"s charges.

Landline lpg connection no 9300 at high flame gas Mohali was registered on my fathers name. My father expired on 15 December 2014 now i, his son, want the connection on my name, but the people at high flame agency are asking me to submit Rs. 436/- by saying that the said amount was wrongly transferred to my fathers bank account through subsidy. And they also saying me to purchase a couple of items like Appron or rubber tube , etc etc of around Rs. 300/-My query to you is that should i pay all this ? please help. Thanks.

I am an old LPG consumer of Bharat Petroleum Corporation since 1989, Last month I shifted to house #108, Ramvihar, Baltana, M. C Zirakpur, district Mohali from Govt. House at Chandigarh. Last week I went to your LPG dealer M/s High Flame, SCO 36, Phase nine, Mohali with my LPG T/V NO-900 7327216, dt. 25/02/2015, I deposited a sum of Rs. 2342/-for transfer of my LPG connection. Today, I received a call from an employees of the said dealer she informed me that my above connection will not be transferred/continued due to technical reasons. Dear sir, My family is consumer of LPG at Zirakpur Indane, Shop number 18, New defense colony, Zirakpur, District Mohali (Pb. )Today I am trying to book the LPG for the last about hour, but their phones are busy. This happens every time and customers are suffering. Every time booking is done by personally going at their shop, which is difficult in old age. They have no facility of 'on line booking' or by SMS message. There is one Distributor in Chandigarh who book also by SMS and this a good facility for consumers. I therefore request you to ask this distributor to book LPG by SMS. This will spare their telephones. Today again I will have to go personally to book the LPG, which is very tiresome as the distance is about 2Km from my residence. I hope you will take immediate action to help the consumers.

Farid gas agency in manimajra they can't pick the customer calls. My delivered cylinder was leaked. I used to call many a time in gas agency in Manimajra. But no one picked up my phone. So what i do. That cylinder leaked very dangerously. Any accident could take place.

I am gurcharan singh s/o basant singh VPO jida distt. Bathinda. L. P. G gas copy number C-1240. On three October 2014 i went indane gas distributor on my nearest branch of goniana gas service goniana distt. Bathinda. According to government's rules that 12 deliveries of gas cylinders were taken any time in 12 months. I went to take two cylinders, but they do not give me i talk to customer care mobile number 9417217937, but he cannot give me any specified answer and branch was saying that they give cylinder after a month and they abused me. So give me cylinder by home delivery otherwise i will go to consumer court.

all related document has submitted to Zirakpur Indane(Dealer)dated 25/05/2013, but he is not providing the cylinder to me dut to cylinder is out of stock.
