I am a member of purchase advance scheme name Gurjeet Kaur account number 61001900 with your Mohali store i ordered the product necklace design number NE ANT-50199 on 12th June'15 and were promised that same would be available on or before 18th Sept'15, but that got delayed at your end. Finally when we went to purchase the same after getting confirmation from your staff we were surprised that the necklace was different from what we ordered. This is clear cheating and fraud with the customer as now the staff is saying that it will again take 45 to 60 days for necklace to be made. You had promised lower making charges in return to our paying you in advance and now you will give us the product - gold necklace two months late which means that you would keep customer money with you for two more months and cheat the consumer. We would advice on public media that no body should purchase from your store as you are cheating innocent people and their hard earned money. You have cheated us.

When i approached Mettur -My Kalyan, they said i can avail Coin after 3-4 days from the date of closing. When i approached Salem branch Kalyan showroom they said i can avail only after one week. Then i reached Salem branch Kalyan showroom after two weeks. Again they said i could avail only after 10days. After ten days i contacted over phone to Salem branch Kalyan showroom, again they said it will take another four days or it will be on the coming Friday(13. 03. 2015). Now, today when i contacted the show room again, they said they will contact soon. But i didn't get proper response. Shall it be possible to avail the scheme or else it is just a kind of postponing or cheating. Need solution and actions for this type of schemes in the market by any jewellery shops.
