Dear Sir/Madame this is to bring forth to your notice an unthorised transaction to the Builder from whom I had purchased my flat in 2011. My Home Loan account is:211400000161. Transaction amount exceeds rupees three lakh which was disbursed to the Builder over two installments during the year 2012 without my approval or any prior consent. Please note that my payment to the bulder was already complete and there was no additional disbursement required from the Lender.Luckily I chanced upon this error on 8th of Aug'13 when I requested for my Loan Transaction Statement. Another important point to note here is I am not receiving any communication from LIC(either by Post/Email)regarding my Loan Account Statment.The only time I receive it is when I ask for it to Claim for my Tax Benefit once a yr.Would request you to expediate this matter with utmost urgency as I am being charged interest for past 1.5yrs for the extra amount disbursed.
