YOUR NEXA RM JATINDER SINGH and VISHAL KAUNDAL ARE BE-FOOLING ME FROM DAY ONE OF MY BOOKING. FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT IF YOU BOOK WE WILL DELIVER THE VEHICLE WITHIN one MONTH. I ASKED FOR THE SERIAL NUMBER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING "N"NUMBER OF TIMES BUT JATINDER SINGH DENIED THAT IT TAKES ten -15 DAYS TO GENERATE THE NUMBER. NOW WHEN EVER I INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE BOTH OF THEM GIVE A DIFFERENT VIEW. ONE SAYS IT WILL TAKE ten DAYS, OTHER ONE SAYS IT MAY TAKEN 2-3 MONTHS. ON MY INQUIRY YOUR RM JATINDER ADVISES ME IF I GET A REFERENCE DONE THROUGH HIM I WILL GET THE DELIVERY OF VEHICLE EARLY. IS THIS REALLY A GOOD STRATEGY . IT REALLY MEANS THAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE REFERENCES WE WILL HAVE TO KEEP ON WAITING .

My Maruti Suzuki Alto car number MH 46 P 0442 was sent for periodic servicing at SK wheels During the service my car’s were damaged by the service station staff. However, the damage were partially painted I immediately called Mr. Sawant on his personal cell phone After the conversation the call didn’t get disconnected and all the conversation was recorded the group communication between the three staff, Mr. Sawant and Yojana Service Manager, and a worker. Yojana: The service jobs that are conducted here are leaked to the car owner is what we get to know from his talks. Sawant: its okay even if he is receiving the leaked info. Our own person is leaking the info. Sawant instructs to worker: Do the polish in such a way that it should appear that the car has been painted and how you have to do this job lies between me and you only. These all communication is recorded in my phone and can be produced any for during interrogation.

I have booked a vehicle from S. K Wheels, Andheri (West), Mumbai on 16/03/15. Full Payment was made on 09/05/15. The dealer had promised to give me the vehicle within one month, but two months have passed. I have not received the vehicle from the dealer. My loan installment starts from 30th June 2015 and I do not have any other source of income. I was planning to use my vehicle for Tourist Business and pay the loan accordingly.
