I have purchased 1.5 ton window air condition (AXGTA18AATH, Made in Thailand) on 07.07.2013 from Sai Enterprises Vaishali following are the problems observed.
1. In auto mode its not working properly. It runs continous mode with out stoppage of compressor.
2. Its outer grill is also in broken mode, informed to supplier.
3. Warranty card numbert received with AC.

Kindly send one engineer for cross checking and demo purpose along with provide new front grill and warranty card.

I bought O General 1.5 Window air condition from Durga Spares GMD Road Moradabad 244001.on 03-05-2009.
Last month as i turn it on it is not working i called the representative from durga spares, Moradabad, he told that compressor of air condition is not working so he take the compressor with him saying that it is in warranty period and it will be sent to company directly and within 15 days we will install at your residence.

But from last one month I m suffering a
lot. please solve the issue sooner.
