Reliance broadband is Worst service i have ever seen. From six Dec 2015 am trying to connect with customer service thru customer care number and email. After several attempts have managed to contacted local reliance customer service on 20 Dec 2015. But they are saying that my connection terminated in September itself. Whereas am used internet till six Dec 2015 and paid bill in time till last billing circle. Now Chennai customer service team saying New story that my connection disconnected in September itself. 1) Then please repay my amount which I have paid on 12 October(INR. 626), 05 November(INR. 596) and 08 December(INR. 629) Total INR. 1851. 2) Repay my deposit amount about INR. 650Awaiting for your immediate reply.

In a month I can get connected only maximum of 20days. Rest all the days no internet connectivity.complained many times, but no use. Also live chat is useless and toll free also useless. One of the worst internet service provider is Reliance. They do not share the support engineer contact number. No proper info from the live chat team. Same recorded dialogue and message from their side.

For the past five days our broad band connection and telephone line is not working, nearly i had made 150 calls for these past five days to toll free number, but there is no proper response. They are not able to tell when it will be sort it out.
Due to this issue our sales / revenue loss per day is rupees 20 lacs.
Really it is very pathetic condition.
Please ask some support engineer and try to solve this problem within a hour time.

Very poor customer service..I have been complaining for the last seven days, but no response from reliance service.its very disappointing
