In my last service the gear lever was fitted cross and tightened which resulted in the threading damaged. Now the matter is worst. To get to neutral i have to shut the engine. What an irony. To sum it up the company has provided me with a substandard product which could not work efficiently even for a year. All the screws which are unscrewed are not tightened completely and hence the vibrations. This i assume is laziness or mere incompetency. So i entitled to a refund or you can replace the whole bike. Please look into the matter and the future course of action will depend on your reciprocation. Thanking YOU.

Sir i am giving this complaint because since i have booked bullet 350 classic on 29/4/2014. It has been more than five months and when i make a call to motor India Kolhapur the answer given by them was we can not give you confirm information when bike will be available.
When i make a call at Pune royal Enfield office for bullet inquiry they told minimum three months booking is needed and i told i have booked since five months, do you have any other options to get the bike. Its not possible and answer was all over the Maharashtra. The transfer cant be done is the answer then why booking of nine months in Kolhapur only.
I am requesting you to make available bullet 350 classic silver before Diwali and please give me the sufficient answer for this complaint.
And sir one suggestion to royal Enfield the customer need the bike so they are waiting. please do not let them wait for so much time make availabilities of bikes and same rules to each dealer.

while booking they projected a waiting period of four months.
On 25/09/13 they gave a call stating if you need bike you can come and collect it, but at that time I was out on some work. So the deal could not be finalized.
Now after a period of four months the dealer says still the delivery will take time and he cannot give me the details of my present status.
