Hello, Yesterday I was using internet through my mobile. I have activated 3g data plan and I have enough net balance, then also my balance of around 450 rupees has cut down. This is not acceptable at all. three days back you have activated the Hungama Media Portal also in my SIM card without my permission and cut my 30 rupees balance, I called customer care and deactivated the serivicee in just one or two hour, they said me that they will refund my amount,, but still they have not done it. Please look into itEvery now and then you are cheating us and cut my balance. Please take my complaint seriously, Otherwise I have to take necessary action.

My TATA walky number is 040 65979282 last two month back i have shifted my home and i have submitted latter the request letter for change of address at your Fatehmaidan, Hyderabad of on 7-11-2014. In my request letter i have cleary mentioned that there is signal the reason being i am unable to make phone cal or receive call.
