Sir,
This is with regard to my application for changes in Pan card, ackno- 881031243696951. I had applied for changes in PAN card for may fathers name as I was not able to link pan number with Aadhar which is mandatory now. One alphabet is missing in his pan card. Please note that my father is very old and he is not having documents where complete date of birth is given, whatever documents he is having only year of birth is mentioned. How do we provide for this document now. We had attached copy of pan card where date of birth is already mentioned and we are requesting for changes only in the name not in Date of birth then why department is asking for date of birth proof. For name change we had attached Aadhar copy.

Its been more than three months I haven't received my PAN card Yet. As already said, it was mistake from TIN for the name change they made for me, as it was correct in the application. Please find my acknowledgement number new and old. I have not heard anything back after previous complaints also. Called the call center so many time, still they say check after five to six days. I had raised a request for change in my name which is Akansha Raj , but it is printed as Akansha Rai in the pan card. As this was a mistake from NSDL side. The request was raised on 23rd May for the change in my name from NSDL side, but still I am unable to see any progress in the status. Whenever I call the TIN call center they say its under process and I have called almost six to seven times after the request. Please look into this issue as I urgently need my PAN, and every time I call the call center I hear the same thing, its under process call after five to six days.

We have filed currection statement in paper formate in financial year 2007, but now we have receive intimation from tdscpc due to short deduction (worng section code). Now i have no console file for currection retuns. I have many time contact to tdscpc, but they said to me that please contact to Tin Nsdl because we have not data for this quater due to paper file. Sir same case here You can write application to nsdl for cancel paper return and file fresh new return of the the year 2007-08 but i have one doubt in this regard at that time pan number. 80% required on return now when you file again return can they accept 80% pan number.
