One courier Docket number is 430700795 (Dated - 17-12-14)was sent to Godrej Vikhroli. Online tracking status is showing it has reached Ghatkopar hub on 19-12-14. Till date it has not reached Godrej Plant in Vikhroli. The same case happened twice. Some one from Godrej has to go and collect the material from Ghatkopar which is not feasible after paying for your courier services. Kindly need your help to resolve this issue. Also your call centers are of no use to customers. No one picks up the phone also some lines are not working at all. One of your representative from Ghatkopar hub to whom I requested for help was too rude. Very much dissatisfied by the way your people respond to customers.

Parcel was booked from Kota and to be delivered to Ashish Aggarwal, 1528, Maruti Vihar, Chakarpur, Gurgaon, Haryana.
It has been more than ten days no body is giving the status of parcel after repeated follow up with Mr sunil Jain at Kota ( mobile number 9462838500) and Dinesh jain at Gurgaon (9350998984).
As per Gurgaon office parcel is some where in kota only. If we check courier status through trekking it is showing in valid parcel number.

Kindly resolve the issue by today itself other vise i shall be bound to initiate legal action through Consumer court (Utility).

I send a a document through the trackon couriers on abdomen29/7/13from calicut;to Dr T.A ravisanker,Chennai.the number is 354131499.it is not yet delivered.the phone number which is printed on the receipt is wrong .I tried to contact the cochin office number which i got from internet.in spite of continous attempt nobody there to answer.

My office post a document on 23rd July from chickpet, Bangalore wide consignment number 339456913 for arrah(Bhojpur) bihar destination.instead of sending my document at arrah,bihar you sent it at agra-2. we have ordered a courier with receipt number is 353717281 ., but still we did not get this courier. this is a important document. we have checked the status of this courier it is at Delhi airport. this is wrong delivery . this should be delivered at moonak ( disit sangrur). we have called up your customer care, but they are not giving any solid reason or any response... is this your company's service???? i want my documents at urgent basis on krishna honda, moonak disit sangrur(pin- 148033).

Always delay in delivering the courier by five to seven days after reaching at rithala hub and it is not once now they have adopted it consectively if right now my docket no 353970356 arrived at the hub on 11-7-13, but till today I have received the courier. I have to say that the performance of the company is very poor and in future I will suggest others also not to book the courier through trackon.

I had sent a courier from Ranchi to Delhi, on 20th June 2013. There was no news of the courier till 27th June 2013. Their website then shows that consignment number 338177787 not found. I called the trackon courier company to check where the courier is, but they did not answer. i called courier company more than ten times for three days to deliver the courier. And even the courier was not sent to the destination address.
