It is observed that the connection very frequently goes out and a screen display is shown as “ Smart card problem, put off the d2h connection, wait for 30 seconds etc”Now situation has reached to unbearable stage and we like to discontinue the services unless it is looked into within 24 hours for a uninterrupted services form the Company.
