My phone number is 9421242872 and my complain is that without asking for data pack from my phone I received data pack of ?147. All started like this In your Mapusa store I made a recharge of ?147 on 2nd Aug 2016 at 13. 05hrs I received a massage and phone balance was ?198. 16 I paid cash of ?147 on the counter After few minutes later I got massage at 13. 08 hrs that my data pack balance is 637. 40 MB After few minutes i. E. At 13. ten hrs I received another massage saying that my data balance is 1211. 40 MB Again at 13. 13hrs I received another massage saying that my data pack balance is 2235. 40 and in all this ?147 deducted from my phone balance Now my phone balance is?51. 16 Now I want my ?147 back in my account and withdraw you additional data hope you will take quick action to transfer back the deducted money.

I visited the Vodafone store yesterday evening about 6:00 Pm for exchange of normal to nano SIM I completed all document formalities and customer care executive told after two hour nano SIM will active, but still today it is not working I contacted to Vodafone Cc for making a complain regarding this, but they refuze to make complain and even could not give the store number As now I came very far away from Vasco so how it is possible to visit that store. Hi its really been almost one hour I have been trying to get in touch with your customer care, but dur to some very unorganized way of planning made by you giuys I am not been able to get my work done. All the calls that go through for example 111 and dan 198 this all give me stupid messages and are not connecting me to a single customer care whome I could ask foran explaination of my prblem.please you guys better have a look at thso because your service providers are really useless
