I dropped my wallet within the bus and was unable to get the plate number of the bus, but I've been dropped at Magallanes at 10:08 P. M. My wallet has my BPI ATM Card and my Wife's ATM Card. I rode this bus AB Liner which is in front of starmall around 12-12:10 after asking the conductor if it's really 60 pesos for regulars (I usually pay 49) for Sto. Tomas, he said it's really 60. I asked him if why is the regular fare different for conductors and he said anong pinag sasasabi mo which I found rude I even asked him, ha? Then he stared at me. In turbina, I asked the inspector the same question and he said it's really depending on the conductor. Now, I want clarifications on this and I also want to complain about the customer service of the conductor. I have my ticket still with me if that can track the bus. Thanks.
