AIS introduced analog 900 MHz phone services in the year 1990 and became the first company to allow its subscribers to use GSM 900 frequency. It is managed by the InTouch plc with its head office in Samsen Nai, Phayathai, Bangkok. Some of its associate companies are Advanced Contact Center Company Limited (ACC), Advanced Datanetwork Communications Company Limited (ADC), DataNetwork Solutions Company Limited (DNS) and Digital Phone Company Limited (DPC). The company is owned by number of members such as InTouch plc which holds 40.45 percent stake and a group of Three companies namely Singapore Telecommunications, Thai Trust Fund and OCBC Nominees holds 23.32 percent stake and the rest is owned by many others.

HiAfter contacting customer service so many times visiting your Ais shop requesting why Ais Internet is deteriorating every month and not been given any real reasons, except we have problem with our Ipad settings ? Half the time it's on Another carrier. THE. Plus when paying Ais did not set the Internet for us when paid for, we had to remind the office at our cost of a call each time bad service. News for you we haven given you up, and gone over to DTEC, Brilliant Internet reception, nice customer service. And less money. We are now recommending all our friends to change as well in Isaan to DTEC so they get there moneys worth And good reception, which AIS certainly do not have and customer service is so poor Regards Tom Hill.

I live in Salakphet on koh chang and the 3G coverage is dismal I worked for Nokia before retiring and we would never leave such a bad service on any bodies network. If I had my works mobile I could tell you which cells are not performing with the network manager. Please investigate as I have no WiFI available.

Hi,I am in Singapore and my AIS package has stopped working. I tried to call several times, but the AIS employee did not understand the problem. I explained that I had 59 text saying I was on the wrong network call 6622719000 which I did, at first it was only my Internet/WhatsApp that stopped, the employee said someone would call back. No one did, and then later Sunday the full system including making calls and text stopped, and I cannot make an outgoing call at all. I am away from BKK my home and cannot communicate with anyone. I did go to your AIS store in Silom and asked for a ten day cover for my time in Singapore, he said it would be 2x5 day packages, but I think the second package has not happened, I need a connection please.

I am a very regular South African visitor in Thailand. I visited your country in 2002 for the first time. I've been employed in the retail sector in South Africa since 1988.

I visited your outlet at Robinsons in Trang today and was absolutely shocked at the blatant rude way in which I was treated by your female employees.I had a question regarding the installation of my 3G modem which I bought at your outlet in Pattaya recently. I took my laptop with thinking your staff could assist me at the counter. All of them just walked away and went to the other side of the counter leaving me feeling helpless. It was shocking to say the least and your outlet in Trang will never see me again.

It's not only ais but the culture in general that's very racist indeed, and the darker your skin the less respect you get. They even look down on their own darker-skinned people.
They show more respect to white westerners because they believe that all of European origin are born rich; a delusion that the majority of white foreigners do little to correct.
