our laptop is not charging, if plugged only seen plugged in not charging
Because warranty is now off my acer iconia a3 acer hangs up. They tell me gateway manufactured it and do not want to discuss this tablet. It was actually bought last 23th of October 2013 through Canadian shopping channel and given to me as a Christmas gift so to me it is not a year old yet. I have been trying for a month to find someone to discuss this, but everyone hangs up says not their problem. So I guess I am suppose to throw away this tablet and buy new. I don not think so
Acer has the worst customer service ever, but actually they have no customer service. Please someone help, money does not grow on trees.

This is Saptarshi Sengupta; I have been using your ACER laptop since last 3 years. The reason of writing the email is, I was facing auto-shut down issue with my laptop and, as it is in extended warranty period, so i have submitted my laptop in one of your service center, AFORSERVE situated in Kolkata at 35 CR avenue. I have submitted the same on 29th of September and till date neither the issue has not been resolved nor the service center or customer care is able to communicate the exact time required to solve the issue. Every time I have to personally do a follow up with you,, but regret to say, till now i received only one response that is there was some issue the "Motherboard" which needs to be replace and same has not been delivered by the company to the service center, so they are helpless. Now this is the high time that you look into the matter or else i have to take the same up to Consumer Forum. Expecting a quick response from your side. Also, I would like to lodge a complaint against.
