Hello, just spent a while sourcing and booking round trip flights from LAX to Dub (Aug 20- Oct 21, 2018); selected seats etc. ; and purchased tickets on my husbands American Express under Melanie Maria Ciccone and Joseph Lee Henry. When I selected complete purchase, after all the inputs, i was routed back to your home page. SO, the question is did the booking go through or not? Ive called customer service and have been on hold now for over half and hour. Can you please let me know if the reservation was successful and is it just a matter of waiting for a confirmation email. This airline made my stay in Dublin terrible Unorganized, rudest staff I ever met. I spent three days on that airport and couldn’t get help. They lost my luggage it has been gone for over a month. Would not recommend this airline especially for international travel.
