Replies from AFFSC are from incomplete reviews of vouchers. Vouchers are returned w/only one or two items to fix. Once fixed and returned to they are again rejected for a new reason. This is ludicrous. I arrived at my current location 18 Sep and as of 14 Dec I am still fighting you to get paid close to $6K. Who is responsible for ensure the member gets timely feedback and is able to fix their voucher once for payment?
My experiences over the past two PCS's has done nothing to build any confidence in AFFSC's ability to process a timely voucher. I assume some of my household goods will be broken in any PCS. I now assume it will take over 150 days to receive any GTC reimbursement, dislocation allowance, or any other travel pay/PCS from AFFSC. Your organization does more to detract from national defense than it does to protect because Airman must spend their valuable time going back and forth with you for things that should be automatically paid to them instead of generating Airpower.
