There is no way that you can easily talk to a real person. You give a tracking number for orders, but no way to contact anyone if your order does not arrive. The email i got said my order was delivered on Saturday 11/24/18, it was not. When checking on the delivery details, it show it was sent to Nederland CO 80466, my address has always been Black Hawk CO. If ANYONE checked the address they would know it went to the wrong City.
