I called on June 28th, spoke to Chantel to put my paper on vacation hold from 7/17 to 9/1. Later that day I receive an Email stating it will be on hold from June 29th until Sept 1. I called again, spoke to a nice gentleman and he said he corrected it and he would send a message so I would get a paper the next dat. Did not happen so no paper. So I called again and spoke to Melanie who apologized said she would have one brought out and also informed I would have to continue paying even though delivery was on vacation hold. I have been a subscriber for many many years, and have put my paper on vacation hold mama times without continuing paying. She said no other Option, so I cancelled the entire delivery service. I have never heard of paying for something you are not receiving. Never happened in the past. I am sure you have access to my records. The paper continues to go up in cost and I continued your subscription with no thanks fromAZ daily star. Your policy stinks.

My credit card was stolen, and I did not get a new one before I was late in paying my bill, so the paper was stopped, and I sent a new credit card and all information requested, and after a month or five weeks, I have had one piece of correspondence, which I returned with request to continue my subscription. I have had no response since then. I have called, but after waiting on hold for half and hour, I had to hang up as I had other appointments. Why am I being neglected, when you have all the information that you have requested, and I have been a subscriber since 1969, with three suspensions because I was out of town on job assignments.
