We booked The Avenue, Amsterdam with you. It's the worst Hotel We have ever stayed in. No tissues in room, no amenities, TV not working well, no proper mattress on bed only foam, no flannel to wash face, no pen, writing pad. Breakfast terrible, not fresh, no-one cleans up. One pillow per bed, lumpy and thick, no other pillows available. The worst three nights of our lives. How can you advertise this Hotel. I found out it is owned by Chinese who live in China. Would like a refund.

I recently stayed at the Village Motor Inn at Gilgandra New South Wales. I booked through Booking.com and paid $80. When I arrived, I saw Signs for $60. The place was so neglected. The grounds were overgrown. I sat in a chair in the room and the back was broken causing me to fall to the floor. THE SMOKE ALARM HAD BEEN REMOVED WHICH I'M SURE IS ILLEGAL. Check in was done by a young schoolboy and checkout was non-existent. The whole place was shabby and not worth it. Surely you should not be advertising this place. I feel terribly ripped off and will not be using Booking.com in future.

The place was an absolute mess -dead or overgrown vegetation, dirty, broken Motel sign, smelt inside, dirty, dirty, unkempt, also dirty carpet no airconditioning, old and horrid. We refused to stay and he charged us a booking fee of $22. 00 AU. I believe we should not have had to pay this amount and request that under the circumstances you refund our money. You should not advertise such a disgraceful motel. It needs to be pulled down. Please contact us ASAP regarding issue.

Booking. Com is a scan. We have turned up in the avenue hotel, amsterdam, the worst hotel in our lives, do not even have a box of tissues , we give it one star but is rated four star. Never again will we use booking. Com No-one to complain too, owners live in china.

I made a booking. Number 290213741 at barham bridge motor inn, which you advertised as being located in the centre of tam worth, nsw Australia. The only way I discovered your incorrect info was as I cancelled today. The lady there informed me that they are in Victoria, a further 17 hours drive away. Apparently, you had told her you were going to contact all the people who had booked. I received no such advice. I would have paid a lot of money also for mt tickets for the tam worth music festival and driven eight hours from qld, to discover I had no accommodation for myself and the other 4people.
