I have owned a Bunn for over 20 years and am on my 4th Bunn. The last one I purchased on Oct 3rd 2013. The last one leaked so I replaced it with a GRX-b thermofresh. Now here we are a little over six years and same problem. I think you have a design deficiency with the seal between water reservoir and tank. Youtuber's identify fixes, but I think all are patches on a faulty design and I cannot justify spending four x the money for a coffeemaker that does not last at least ten years. My wife wants a new coffeemaker, but I'm willing to give you a chance to sort this out. I would need a new reservoir and seal system because both are overheated and compromised, but your company does not make it easy to find repair parts. Please assist.
OK, we have purchased and owned three consumer coffee makers. I am mad as hell about the lack of guality of the new Bunn Consumer Products. Our first two were good products. However this new Crome Face ten cup is a BAD PRODUCT After buying one as a 2017 Christmas gift about $130 at Walmart. I was suprised to see three cups of coffee running down my cabinets and onto our floors. Also the thing Crackles and Boils around for 5-10 minutes after brewing. It is clear Bunn has Cheaped out and is killing the Brand. I will do several YouTube and other Internet Publishes related to this. Ron Tramel , Consumer Satellite Coalition.
