Its been quite a while on 3rd December 2014 i have returned from Canada and today on 24th January 2015 i got an SMS saying my card debited for 13. 56 CAD by enterprisetoll, i fail to understand if some vendor in the country where i had used my card can debit my card with details even after so many days with out my information and authorization. When i called the call center i could not get a convincing answer so for the time being i had no choice, but the temporary block my credit card to avoid any more transaction to happen. Can someone pleas explain me. What is going on. Sabir 0506541903.

I have been sending this mail to the my relationship manager Ms. Kanmani for last 1-2 years and nothing has been done as yet. Please look into the matter and let me know. My account number is 115199.I had invested in invest plus scheme and that matured more than one year ago. I had requested some to explain to me the options for further investment. Ms. Kanmani had told that someone will contact me. Since that time till date no one has contacted me inspite of sending multiple emails and talking on the phone every few months. Also i received a letter from citibank regarding transfer of balances from my citibank account number 5877510117 to the deaf of reserve bank of India. My balance shows zero inspite of money being in the account. Please look into this matter and let me know. Thanks, Jayant.

Amt.aed.300/- taken two times for etisalat bill payment on 29/5/2013.( please refer your auth.no.327979 and 165427). I verified with etisalat authorities three times and they have confirmed that the amt.received only 300/-.So pls.check this problem and do the needful.
