I would like to complain about the admin clerk at Lenasia clinic dated 27-05-2023, time 21:35. I was assisted by your staff member by the surname of Jika. I was very frustrated and my son was experiencing an unbearable pain bleeding in his ear. Firstly, there was no one at the counter to assist, therefor we waited for ten then she came from outside still taking her own time. Secondly, I greeted her first and her response was so unprofessional and she was very rude. She was filling up the form and the manner of her approach is completely unacceptable. She is very sensetive and she could not read my emotions or frustration. No empathy, she not professional and the way she prompting questions, her tone of her voice, it came across as impatient. I can say she heartless and insensetive. It came to a point that, I felt that, she raising her voice. Eventually she threw the file to me.

Does the person in charge of DSHS and Voc Rehab have limitations that they work with, because I was wondering how any messages, voicemails and emails is she allowed to receive complaints before you do anything about it. I've been eligible for assistance with Voc Rehad for decades, but remember when some BS lawyer with your Gainsville Florida office decided that a third party vendor objected to the fact that they were given as a source to help me. He called demanding all sorts of information and if he was local I would have broken his legs for having such a high and mighty attitude and come down on a vendor for doing anything, but kiss your peoples asses. I've found there is not anyone that gives a Damn about providing any kind of customer service. Every one that works for this department and every other one that deals with the clients directly has made it clear to their bosses they will only work with the client if they are given extra pay for the time they have to deal with us. I've never said this before about the customer service employees in this country, they suck and the morons in all the foreign countries providing customer service for all these multi-million dollar companies are better than the people here. People here will only handle the customer service part if they are paid extra and they still do a PISSPOOR job. The people around the world can not understand the language, but halfheartly try.
