Good evening i have complaints regarding my credit card. I already paid the amount of 757. 79 last November 21, 2022 for NCS NCSBN i had a proof though i put it on a installment plan for six months. Which they collected the amount of 6. 75 last November 29, 2022 and now i saw in my credit installment that i still have to pay for 66. 86 and its not on installment plan. I pay it fully last November 21, 2022.

I am very disappointed to the Emirates N B D Bank :-)they keep promising and lie to me, i went to the b you are j you am a and branch to open an account they said two to three working days as i do not have too much time to went there and follow up, but i keep calling them they said it's already in the process, but every time i am calling in the service center they cannot see any application for me. Please fix it.
