Mr. Robert Sands On Phone To Federal Ammunition Service
Have a Brick of Federal. 22 ammunition that is constantly misfiring. The rims are being struck hard by my Walther and Beretta. When I rotate the rim they usually fire. The serial number I think is 196953H7013. It seems there is a problem with the explosive in the percussion cap. Just thought I'd let you know in case it's a production line fault. I'm in Western Australia, so do not know how long ago these would have been made. Regards
Rob.

Not a complaint - a question. I asked about a handgun cartridge headstamp that was not familiar to me. Response was fast, courteous, and informative. Also, I approve of your 'English only' for comments here. MAGA.
Mr. Ronald Kissinger On Phone To Federal Ammunition Service
I submitted a rebate form with all required information May 19, 2017. As of August 12, 2017, I have still not received the rebate. I received an email American Eagle Rebate Customer Service on July 5th that a rebate check was mailed on June 30 and told to wait 30 days. After 30 days I contacted American Eagle Rebate Customer Service and was told that they will look into it. The correspondence was sent from Dept 11469-28294499 from email address csrep6437@pmci.com. Telling me the check was sent June 30th and to wait 30 days and then wait another 3-5 business days is dishonest. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau ass well as other consumer affairs organizations and shooting organizations to let them know that American Eagle/ Federal doesn't pay their rebate offers as promised.

I stopped and purchased two boxes of your Gold Metal GRAND at Cabela's on my way to the Boise Gun Club yesterday. I was willing to pay $9. 99 per box to see how I liked them for shooting handicap yardage. Halfway into the box I pulled out a shell that should have been rejected and never put into the box. It was deformed as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not out a ton of money, but I'm very disappointed with these new shells. I have reloaded 1, 000's of Gold Metal (Maroon) hulls for years and love them. My reason and intent for writing you is to inform you of a Quality Control issue and hope you are able to remedy it. All the best. Clay Brown.
My phone experience with Federal Ammunition's customer service was very good. If I receive an e-mail from the appropriate personnel at Federal then my phone call will be successful. Very Respectfully, Jim Fiocca .
I have purchased 30 boxes of 12 gauge dove and small game ammunition from Walmart. When I opened the third box I found a deformed shell. The deformity occurs in the area of the wad. It is deformed completely around the shell and has protrusions which does not allow the shell to be loaded (Thank goodness). I do have a picture on another device. I do use a lot of Federal Ammunition. Do I need to check every box I have bought? Awaiting your suggestion.
