I called your customer service and got Adi (that is the name she gave me. I told her that I am receiving a package every month for an old roomate :Garold Wood@ 2892 Jackie Lane, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233) and I told her he left not giving a forwarding address. She told me that she could not help me to stop the packages from arriving. THIS IS CRAZY
I have no alternative, but to put them in the trash as they are delivered to this address.

I am the receiver at GSK in Collegeville, Pa. We typically get all of our deliveries by 11:00am so we can disperse the material by the end of day. Fed X Ground shows up whenever it is convenient to them. There is always some sort of excuse why we cannot get a morning delivery. This has been an ongoing problem and we need to resolve this issue ASAP.

Please refer to the following FedEx Chat reference number 14758032 dated July 25 2018 which opened 13:05:50 with Jayson which lasted 7m 54s. Also called 1-800-463-339 and spoke with Kimba who took recorded statement from me and stated that complaint being forwarded to have driver questioned. My delivery never arrived and I was at home the entire day and never heard FedEx truck or delivery of package at my door where I sit next to. This is my first time dealing with a missing FedEx delivery and denial based on the driver's error. Please review information provided to Chat and recorded phone conversation. Please notify ASAP with an answer and my undelivered package.
