I purchased Giant Tiger brand powder donut. When my son was eating one of the donuts he found a small sliver of medal. Luckily it got stuck in a tooth so he didn't swallow it. I buy weekly from the location in Smithville, but I am not sure I will return to purchase any food prodcts. I wonder how your Q. A. Department could possibly let this get buy. I am thankful a young child did not come across this donut.
Ms. Glenna Churchill On Phone To Giant Tiger Service
On February 29th I went to the Giant a Tiger Store in Hamilton, ON to purchase Cigarettes I was asked for some form of ID and was shocked, but thought it was a joke because the Cashiers were giggling, but the cashier that was looking after me was dead serious, I told her I was 54 years old. I then told her I have been purchasing cigarettes from the store for 2 yrs and sometimes from her this is coming from a customer who DOES NOT SMOKE and was purchasing them for my husband who is 63. This store is located at the corner of Queenston Road and Centennial. In light of what has transpired I will not be shopping at this Location as I was very embarrassed as to the way it was Handled.
Ms. Tina On Phone To Giant Tiger Service
I purchased a chefman slowcooker at giant tiger #127 here in oromocto, new brunswick, on tuesday, 24 September 2014. On the box it indicated that "recipes included", but there was nothing in the box. I brought this to the manager's attention. There were three slow cookers left on the shelf and not one of them had any recipe booklet. The manager was not very helpful and i feel as if he blew me off. There was no apology. He did not offer any suggestion as to what i should do nor did he offer any discount because of this "false advertising. " if you are selling a product, then you should follow through on what that product includes. Not very impressed with the manager.
