I just cancelled my service due to overbilling. My phone number is 920-360-5922. I was behind in my bill, called in on 9/20, paid up on my account, I asked would this make me current, I was told yes, so I set up automatic payments so it would be current. So I look at my checking account today and 87. 47 was taken out of my account for the newspaper, the lady said that was for up to December, I am not paying for papers that i have not received. My address is 3697 Wildcat Trail seven New Franken, she told me I still owed $55. I am not happy with this at all.

The newspaper is often delivered later then your promised time. This happens on weekdays and weekends. Seldom does a week go by that the paper is not late at least once and often several times. Frequently it's not here until seven thirty on a weekday.

With the announcement in your paper on November 12, 2017. With the obituaries SPLIT, in the newspaper, as in two separate sections, two people have responded? Which has led me to believe that nobody read the second section of your obits in the paper. We had a devil of a time trying to find the second section. Her service is Saturday. What to do.
