Good afternoon. I recently purchased a Ceramic 1500w cyclone heater. I brought it home and plugged it in. This heater doesn't throw heat any further than four feet. I only had it plugged in for a few minutes. Long enough to know it wasn't warming the room. This was nly purchased a few days ago. I returned it to the store I purchased it and they wouldn't refund my money. I'm a senior and a fixed income and can not afford to loose this amount of money. $119. 99 plus the taxes. I was physicaly asualted by a staff member in the yard at timberland home hardware in slave lake then ban. There was no action taken by management to discipline the staff member. This location has gone down hill since jim green left. The customer service and knowledge of staff is poor at best.

I am sure I am not the first person to complain about the Canada 150 tulips. We do not normally grow tulips, but when we saw this promotion we were excited to purchase and plant these bulbs in honour of our country's 150th birthday. Sadly, they did not come up red and white as advertised, but rather yellow and pinkish. There was also a plain lemoney yellow one, as well as a plain white one. In their own right, the tulips are pretty, but not at all the display we were hoping for. We purchased three packages. I tried to attach photos, not sure if it worked. Omg your customer service number sucks you cannot get directed to speak with someone. I am having a an electrical issue and need to speak with someone regarding a product that you sell and should be pulled from your store shelves. Last summer I purchased three GFCI receptacles. I cannot plug anything into them now on one of them, the action of trying to plug into the outlet has caused the electrical box in the wall to loosen. Product 3666-004. Two of the three have been installed and one is still in a box. I believe these Home Hardware should stop selling the receptacles immediately. I have to replace these receptacles can you call me. Purchased four cans of beaut tone wood paint for decks. Highly recommended by staff. After one season. It has mostly all peeled. Very disappointed. The cost of the paint and 100 for having it painted. Should go as a gift card We will not be using this shitty paint. We want a high quality deck stain. The best you sell replaced at no charge and should get the 100$ backing gift card for what we pd to have it painted

I recently ordered ten x 12 foot retractable hard top gazebo, with mosquito net. I picked it up at the store only to find out when I got home that there should have been two boxes for the order and had to go back to the store. Once all was received I opened the box and discovered that the netting does not match the description on the website. The website gives the measurements of the side netting and front and back netting, however, once it was assembled there is only enough netting to enclose the two sides and the front. The reason I purchased the one from Home Hardware (it was more expensive then from another store) was that I believed there was netting on all four sides based on the dimensions given in the online description. I feel the website was misleading and now I am stuck with something that is not exactly what I wanted or expected.
Good morning. First let me say I am a steady customer of local Home Hardware stores and have been for years. I buy lot's of paint in my business and have filled more than one card to qualify for "BUY six GET ONE FREE". My understanding from store is they can only be used at store of original purchase. So my latest card is now one stamp away from the 6th can purchased. The problem is the Burnside store in Victoria is now closed. What I am hoping for is can you authorize the card to be used at Oak Bay Ave store or Fairfield road store. Or maybe send me a gift card to compensate. Please let me know either way. Thanks. I bought a Kuridori induction fondue pot from Home Hardware, when I opened up the box it said it had ten pieces. MY box only had four pieces, I am missing the fondue forks. I am not happy that I had to go and buy some forks. That box is false advertising.

I recommend no one use the Install Program from Home Hardware as they get an installer and if they do a shitty job the installer won't
guarantee his work and the Home Hardware Owner owns the store he won't do anything for you. Forget about calling Head Office
they tell you they are just suppliers for the stores and the owners are the bosses of their stores. So you get screwed every way. Don't buy anything at Home Hardware AND GET A CONTRACTOR RECOMMENDED BY THEM. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF
THE CONTRACTOR DO A BAD JOB OR HE DAMAGES SOMETHING IN YOUR HOUSE? I HAD A NEW KITCHEN SINK AND TAP INSTALLED AND HE SHUT OFF THE TAP TO DISHWASHER. AFTER INSTALLATION HE DIDN'T TURN THE TAP ON DISHWASHER and BURNT THE MOTOR. HE WOULDN'T and THE STORE REFUSED TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY. DON'T BUY

I want your head office email address for someone responsible. I bought an American Standard tub four years ago. After a year the porcelain was wearing off slightly. I contacted the Home Hardware where I purchased it and found there was only a one year warrantee. Now I'm facing ripping it out along with thousands of dollars of tiling. Or reglazing the tub. I do not think this is necessary after only 1-2 years use. I want to send an email to American Standard with a copy to someone responsible at your head office demanding some action. I feel duped about this problem. You shouldn't be selling products this bad. I want you to send me an email. Not from a clerk. In the next two working days or I'll go it alone with American standard an let everyone as possible know. Through the internet, blogs and any social media how you and American standard screwed me into this unnecessary expense.
