I would like to complain to Hyundai in Korea about your service The service I get in my garage in Cowansville QC Canada is great However I have a 2013 Elantra I bought December 27 2013 and it is one of many cars with a problem with the air conditioning which the service dept cannot fix since it was caused by the last recall. They could not give me an answer as to when it will be fixed since they have no answer from Korea Summer is coming and we want our air conditioning I would like to have this problem taken care of as soon as possible. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased, but it will probably be the last if this problem is not rectified quickly. Thank you

This is with great frustration that I am again emailing you the issues that I am still having with the new purchase of the 2016 Tuscan purchased from Brampton 905 451 1699. This vehicle was brought from another dealership with 200km on it and was definitely a defective unit returned. This is the 6th time this vehicle has been in the dealership as it keeps on misfiring and NO one can rectify this issue - surprising. Right from the first week we had this issue and have no more patience. Please look into this issue so as to avoid me going to the air / newspapers which will jeopardize the company name and fame. This email has also been sent to Hyundai head office in Canada and they also have my previous complain in 2016 / 17. Awaiting your reply.

I am a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. I bought an Elantra, chassis KMHDH41CMFU430942 from MassyMotors on March 15 2015 with a warranty of three years or 100, 000 km. We were hearing a noise on the suspension system with the reading at 24, 350 km. It was determined by MassyMotors that the links failed after driving on smooth roads at 24 km per day by my 160 pound spouse )She alone drives this car). It was not mechanical damage according to the service center. I was made to pay a bill of $1187. 16 to replace a defective part which is no fault of mines and the warrantee is still valid. I also own a Hyundai Tucson and only changed this part at 200, 000 km and I own a Kia Sportage at 45, 000 km with no link problem as yet. Why did these links fail so fast? Was it due to a bad manufacturer batch? Please arrange to reimburse me for renewal of these defective parts as per warranty agreement. The failed parts are retained for your expert inspection. Massy has no expert in this field. Thanks.

I asked for complaining to police the staff there persuaded me to not go for it and they mediate with the owner of truck to resolve the issue without police intervention and assure all assistance to get the car repaired like new and above and got me Rs. 10000 as a compensation, but today Hyundai Dealer called me to collect my car and asked me to Pay about rupees 4000 the accident was happened when the car was in Hyundai Dealer custody. Now why I have been made to pay for no fault of mine. All the expanses shall be Bourne by Hyundai Dealer. I am not to pay any single penny. I requests to intervene and get my car back in best condition. If not the car should be replaced at Hyundai Dealer's cost.
