On Saturday evening, 27th Jan 2018 I was at the KFC Tembisa (Engen), Sam Molele Dr, on drive thru, had to be on waiting, almost an hour to get through the window, only to find that walkthrough we using the drivethru window, I was so angry when I got there, the staff doesn't even have name tags on them, there was only one with a tag, named Amukelani, she's the one who actually tried to listen to me. I tried to dial the number on the till slip, its not working. I then left, but returned the next during the day and asked to see the manager, but the girl on the till refused to call the manager saying she's busy, gave me same rude attitude as the night staff, all the staff didn't have name tags, I then left with frustration, very angry and disappointed with their service, I can not be on the drivethru for more than 45 minutes, wasting my petrol. 0748072261.

Visited your Bayview branch on Friday night (02/09/16) @ 20. 30. Ordered a six piece chicken with three sides and a veg burger as per order number 847. When we went home, there was only four pieces of chicken in the box. Wehad guests that were hungy. I called the Bayview branch at about 21. 00 and complaint. The person at the store was very poligetic and took down my details. I nhave not heard from them or received the balance of my chicken pieces. Most disappointed as In had guests and do not know if they were satisfied.

I am a regular customer at Kfc, but lately I've been so disapointed in the service and food of kfc belhar and parow. Me and my family always eat at kfc, but i think after tonight's experience we done. If it's not that the staff is taking their own time to help you, you never get your order right. Tonight my father when and order a family treat which the chicken was underdone and oily with this he ordered a hot zinger burger which only when he got home he realised that it was not given to him. When called to complain you also receive bad service. I'm really disappoint in your service. Wish I could attach a picture. And this is not the first time.

I made an unfortunate stop at KFC, Alberton. My friends and I went to KFC at approx. 0100 on 29 July. Our intented order was four zinger burger. We were told there are no burgers, because the fillets were dry. Upon further inspection, it became apparent the store was filthy-dirty. Unfortunately, the pictures cannot be uploaded, however I'll gladly email the pictures upon request. My complaint is simple, the was no signage stating burgers aren't available and the person taking the order only informed us after we've placed our order and about to pay. I do not believe the 'customers are ALWAYS right', but I believe the customers should STAY INFORMED. And, KFC's core business is selling food, a dirty preparation or serving area is unacceptable. I've never been so disappointed in a KFC meal as today. To pay almost R100 for two double crunch burgers and then to receive food that looks like it's all been thrown into a box and shaked is quite disappointing. I couldn't even eat my burger

I lodged a complaint about two weeks ago. The reference/case number is 196085. I was amased that the complaint was closed without it being resolved. I then called KFC customer line again (last week 07 August 2016). I spoke to Given, who claimed to be the manager of the customer care line. He said that he will call me back. I am still waiting. Is this how your valued customers get treated? If this is the norm, please inform the public so that they are aware. Alternatively, the press/media will get an email outlining your services to the public.

KFC Randpark Ridge - I ordered two sweet chilli wrap meals and was horrified when I got home as there were two small pieces of chicken in each wrap with a bit of sweet chilli sauce. The entire wrap was empty and certainly not worth what I paid for it This is not the first time I have been very disappointed with the Randpark Ridge KFC. On a previous occasion they had no tomoto or lettuce to put into the wrap. I will not purchase KFC again.

I bought a cornel burger meal, upsized paid R61 for it. The burger is a dry and half the size of the normal and should be on a mini burger. The chips are hard and dry. I normally buy this meal from other stores, but this is the third time I have bought from Sea Pint and it so bad. I do not have time to take this back, but its terrible.

Bad experience at KFC HIGH STREET WORCESTER. Contacted the manageress by the name of Elisma and she promised to follow it up and call me back, but i am still waiting for the call. We were travelling from PAARL to GEORGE and to save time thought it would be quick to make use of the drive through. But instead of saving time it took up more than an hour of our time resulting in us missing the wedding ceremoney in church of a family member. The staff made a mockery out of our disappointment about the order that they had wrong and if we did'nt check the order we would have been halfway to George just to find that the order was incomplete. When they eventually decided to bake the strips that was supposed to acompany the order we found that it was undercooked and with no colour or crispyness at all. But by that time we were in Robertson already. One meal were ordered with fanta, but we got coke instead. Burgers was so dry with not even a teaspoon of mayonnaise on.

I am a resident of Reservoir Hills, Durban. I am rather disappointed with the service I got at your Reservoir Hills branch. This happened about an hour ago. I got to the drive through and ordered a regular crunch burger and mash and gravy as a quick meal due to time constraints. It took me about half an hour to get to the collections window, only to be told that my crunch burger will still take another ten minutes to be ready. This is not acceptable. You seem to have a serious problem at this branch as they are constantly providing bad service and mixing up orders, short supply etc. Your staff here are creating a bad name for KFC so much so that many residents prefer going to the Springfield branch due to the good service they get there. This morning I went to kfc in alberton and I brought a coffee to takeaway. I had been drinking my coffee when I noticed something in the coffee and a pond closer inspection there was a fly in my coffee I am disgusted by this and i cant believe it. On the 21 May 2016 I went to KFC Isandovale, Rosslyn Street in Isando. Out of three tills only one till is actually working. The store has no trays at all, customers eat of paper packs. I continue to buy KFC for myself and family, but vowed to never visit this store again, this franchise is lowering KFC standards and this should be rectified asap.

Good Morning

I am a big supporter of KFC, and on average eat KFC around three times a week, on the 20/05/2016 I Purchased a family Treat, zinger burger and sides from KFC in the Chatsworth Centre and because my 13 month old loves the pops I bought them and began feeding her, to my shock and horror the chicken in it was completely RAW
Thank Goodness I hadn't let her tuck into it herself as i normally would. This is extremely concerning have you guys not heard of Salmonella?

I am extremely appalled and due to the fact that I was in a hurry and did not have the time to return I did not take it right back immediately. Please bare in mind this is not the first time i have had a bad experience with KFC Chatsworth, but this was surely the straw that broke the camels back.

Kindly note that the KFC branch in Durban on field street 031 304 0683, really is pathetic I received such poor service this morning, yet I always buy from there, I ordered a mega deal and received one item less the mash, the lady at the till point tells my security that they do not have containers and she gave no slip, I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Nonsie she did apologise and sent some one who never came I had to send my guard back to pick and he comes with a gentleman name Stragety who did apologise, but still never gave me a slip for work purpose, We always buy from that branch for our staffs, what is the purpose of having a till point when you cannot give out a slip the lady said the machine not working to print, how do your'll run a business? Why take money when you do not have the item to give a customer that's my question to you?

I am going to get straight to the point i bought a fully loaded box meal for a family of six last month (like a day or so after the 25th) from west street and all the burgers were dry what a waste cos. They were all saying its dry and then yesterday july 29th at suncoast casino in the evening i. So the details on the door at KFC Gatesville says TRADING HOURS 6:30 till 22:00 Mon to Thu. It's Wednesday morning 7:20am and the employees throws their hands up, symbolising "we're NOT open". I am the sole breadwinner in my family. No matter if we can afford to or not on pay day each month we buy KFC. That is our monthly treat for all of us. We normally buy from Eastgate shopping mall after doing grocery shopping. This month, I bought from the branch closer to my home as we did not go to Eastgate. This chicken was not properly done. There was traces of blood and have taken photo's of this. We ordered Zinger burgers and a normal colonel burger was placed in the bun with some zinger sauce. We did not enjoy our meal at all. After waiting a full month and looking forward to our meal we were 100% disappointed, since we can only afford it once a month. The reason why I am also writing is because the standards of quality and taste are very low at this particular branch as we have been disappointed previously from the quality at this branch. Kyalami KFC dreadful service Every time I go there. Ordered eight dunking wings and twister @ 21h14 order number 348. Very friendly lady @ front desk. Order has seven winglets and one drumstick. I check order Bcs. XMTHATHA CD OWEN STREET, Babalwa the cashier rendered a pathetic service resulted shouting at me through her mistake as I told her I need two Full loaded box and gave me one I did not check my slip I only notice after my number was called than I ask she shouted at me even though I gave her my card to swipe for a second time unnecessarily bank charges through her negligence still argue with me said I was wrong, Shouting even to others demanding the void as she even made an error due to shouting at me, this was reported to the Manager. Transaction number was 61932 and second one was 61921. Such a behavior should not be practice to customer in front of other and as a Customer you look like a fool. Please investigate and respond.

I am very very disappointed with my most recent visit at your westridge branch where I order to the value of R419. 80 order number 122 where my burgers had no buns at the bottom of the burger I thought my son was making a joke when he passed the comment having no bun at the bottom I order four fully load box of which only one had a complete burger with two buns being top and bottom part of the roll I didn't eat my burger as I will be taking it back to the shop in the morning I am very disappointed as I visit Kfc on a regular basis and never experience a disappointment like this my argument is that you should get what you are paying for and now I have to travel back to the store again this is not fair

Hi I hereby wish to inform you of the terrible service of the Laudium branch. The staff is very unprofessional and inefficient. I have a problem with the service every single time I was there. They either got my order wrong, did not have ice cream or other ingredients for other drinks. But mots upsetting for me was when i was told that the machine for cards was not working, but the very next customer paid with a card. Generally the staff has a slap dash attitude. I went to KFC Alberton CBD and bought eight pieces family treat with three sides. I politely asked the manageress Innocentia Dlamini if she could merely swop one of the large chips for a coleslaw as it was done for me previously in that store. She blatantly refused and began shouting and accused me of making her staff steal for me, accusing me of being the culprit for daily stock shortages. I asked her to lower her voice and stop embarrassing me. I showed her proof that i have paid in full for family treat, snack burger and zinger burger. The zinger fillet tasted like rubberised cardboard. I told her that i am not a thief, i haven’t asked anybody to steal for me and i am not in her store on a daily basis. She rudely walked away from me whilst i was busy speaking to her. I asked the cashier to call her back and took her name and surname. When I advised her that i will be reporting her for accusing me of theft and accosting me, then she called me a liar and insisted that she had never made those allegations.

KFC Canal Walk has Disgusting Service with Attitude I am shocked that people still visit that KFC! Terrible service and staff has attitude! I bought a eight piece family treat and service was shocking- manager was called and it was clear what pieces I can get so I placed the order! I was disgusted as when I reached home I see three wings in the box! I returned the box and demanded my money back, and that RUDE girl replies "well I am not packing the box!" So what is her job? Doesn't she check the box- so if she's not packing the box- why the need to call a manager to say what pieces I can have! That manager was not helpful at all! You want good hot KFC where staff checks your order and get most of your pieces Go to KOEBERG ROAD! Amazing service! Consumer line is a gimmick- I called them twice and they promised to get back, but it's gone a week and nothing! They have a do not care attitude and OBVIOUSLY KFC doesn't need us and doesn't treat us well so why buy KFC? I think rather buy NANDOS! do not.

Good day, Firstly I Phumlile staying at Bellvelle CPUT, I would like to say I have never received such a bad treatment or attitude at any KFC. I bought KFC at Cape town, Bellville, Beller drive through with my ATM bank-card (swipe). There was nothing wrong with the food, but they deducted the amount three time in my account. I went back with evidence of that, but the response i received to manager called "Lucia" was so not professional. They told me that has nothing to do with KFC its standard bank i kept on insisting for help to get my money back where she got annoyed with me an shouted an i shouted back. In all i will take further steps on that matter. And already wrote to "lets talk show" I have few video clip taken by phone. Hope they will know customers are human as well.

I want to launch complaint. The one incident going to buy KFC firstly the Que is so long and when you come to the front to order they do not have the stuff you would like to order. Friday evening we bought hamburgers and the next day we were so sick of the hamburgers, we start vomiting and diarrhea. We ordered from your delivery service (031-0017700) for the Pinetown area. From when the order was placed to delivery it was almost two hours. When i called to find out where our food was, the lady said she would check with the branch and call me back, but she never did. When the food arrived it was cold and very dried out. Not exactly a very nice experience from your KFC Pinetown branch.

Firstly I would like to say I have never received such a bad treatment or attitude at any kfc. I am working at jubilee mall standardbank. One day we were ordering food telephonically...the lady who answered gave as a bad attitude. When we asked for her name she said why do we want to know her name is not necessary before we could say anything she hang up. My second scene was when I had a meeting early in the morning and was so hungry i wanted to order breakfast I called again and asked for delivery the guy who assisted me said they are no more delivering for standardbank. Ok. I just hang up. I went personally to hear what is wrong and why they are not delivery for us. They said is because we have a bad attitude and we do not give them tips. So I would like to know out of concern. Is it a must that we should give workers tips?.. And I am saying this on behalf of all my collegues. We love kfc is just the workers who push us away.

KFC Tokai branch in Cape Town

Ordered two rounders and got home they were ice cold, even rolls from the fridge, returned them and asked for the manager, the staff said there was no manager on the premises, when asked how they can be trading with no manager they called a young guy who was in fact a cleaner to pose as the manager. Asked for fresh hot food and was told their equipment was all broken so that's why the food is the way it is. Once demanded new burgers they made two new burgers and proceeded to put it in the microwave to warm it up salad and roll included. no manger on site
