I wish to complain about poor service provision of the office in Tala, Office Kangundo. We reported about a default of some wires caused by a truck which interred with wiring along the entrance to Kwa Akamba, Kangundo area. The wires were affected thus blackout. five days down the line since we reported. You call their office you are told someone is coming. Requesting the service to be restored. Thank you

I live near the Ruiru by-pass we have not had power since 12th December 2014 and i called customer care number and was told it's a faulty transformer and they do not know when it will be rectified meanwhile food in our fridges continue to spoil and we have to throw them away.
