Second problem oil leaking, sent to same service center last Saturday 30/6/2016. Service advisor said leaking is from gear box due to oil seal problem, but since Saturday and can not order part and asked me to come back on Tuesday because Monday he is not around. My main concerned is what going to happened to the gear box if my wife continue to drive her car with the gear oil leaking condition? Do I need to spend money in the future to repair the gear box?.

I'm the sole owner for the car registration PMH 7108 would like to express my dissatisfaction in regards of the car that I have bought from your company. 2.) As far as I'm concerned, the actual model for Kia Cerato 1. six that I have purchased on Nov 2015 should comes with a few enhancement namely the headlamp levelling switch and the rear fog lamp. But unfortunately my unit doesn't comes with these features which I absolutely regretted. 3.) A part of it, I also found that my car tyre manufacturer year is on 2014. All the four units of tyre also has a different timing of week make which the details are front right (1914), front left (2014), rear right (1014) and rear left (4114). I'm willing to send you the picture of all my tyre for your reference if you need. I hope your company will take immediate action by providing to me a reasonable explanation.
